We had a beautiful date night at Don Luigi’s. From the moment we walked in, service was fantastic & Tom was great, making time & conversation with us and all customers. The rest of the staff were always making sure everyone was okay. Everyone genuinely looks like they enjoy working there. We loved the busy atmosphere. Food was unreal and we couldn’t have asked for any more. Will definitely be back 10/10 !!! X x
We celebrated my daughters 18th birthday here tonight.
Could not fault it.
The staff were fantastic , so accommodating , friendly and attentive.
The food was amazing all of us had different starters and main courses and every item was delicious.
Fantastic cocktail menu and all made well and definitely not short on alcohol 😀
We live down South but will definitely be back when we are up again visiting family.

If you was going to the Toby in Formby forget it!… We went to Don Luigi’s next door 😊.. Great service, great atmosphere, reasonably priced and lovely food we will visit here again the next time we are in this area (June). Staff were great too.

Update..
Second time at Don Luig’sin in Formby and they did not disappoint.. We had a full rack of ribs between me and my partner.. Delicious.. I would have took a photo but just got stuck in.. The restaurant was full too. So book your table.
The only this I can suggest to improve on it the time it took to get the bill 15+ mins asked several waiters too. I had to go to the deck eventually.. As we needed to get going..
Popped in today for tea after a trip to the beach. Warm welcome as always and service was great. Staff are so friendly and food was amazing. We had, bruschetta and garlic mushrooms which were really tasty. We then had meatballs and bolognaise which were perfect. Desserts were sticky toffee pudding, tiramisu and charred watermelon. Each one was delicious. Everything was reasonably priced. Fantastic visit and will definitely be back!
